Paneer kheer

Ingredients for Paneer kheer Recipe

  1. One tsp ghee,
  2. 50 gm khoya,
  3. Five cashews,
  4. Four almonds,
  5. 3 ½ cups milk full cream,
  6. ¼ cup sugar,
  7. ½ cup paneer  crumbled,
  8. ¼ tsp cardamom powder / elachi powder

Procedure for Paneer Kheer Recipe

  1. First heat a large kadhai.
  2. Then add ghee and roast cashew and almonds in it.
  3. Now add 3 cups milk in it and stir well.
  4. When the milk gets the boil, keep the flame on medium. Stir occasionally.
  5. Simmer till the milk thickens slightly.
  6. Further, add cup sugar and crumbled paneer. Mix well.
  7. Boil it till the paneer gets cooked well wholly.
  8. Take 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl and add khoya to it.
  9. Make paste.
  10. Add this paste to the kheer.
  11. Now add in cardamom powder and stir well.
  12. Paneer kheer is ready to taste. Garnished with few dry fruits.
  13. Serve paneer kheer hot or cold.

Note

  • Always use fresh milk while making this kheer recipe.
  • You can dry fruits of your choice.
  • Also add saffron for additional flavor.

Coconut chutney

Ingredients to make coconut chutney

  • Coconut ½ cup.
  • Peanuts ¼ cup.
  • coriander leaves 5-6.
  • Green chili 1.
  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Water as needed to make grinding easy.

For tadka

  • Oil  2 tablespoon,
  • Cumin seeds  ¼ teaspoon,
  • Curry lives   3-4.

How to make coconut chutney

  1. Take all ingredients in a grinder and make a smooth paste by adding water as per required.
  2. Remove it to bowl.
  3. For tadka heat oil in small pan.
  4. Now add cumin seeds.
  5. Add curry leaves and saute.
  6. Next add this tadka to coconut chutney. Mix well.
  7. Now serve your meduwada with this coconut chutney.

  1.  You can add meant leaves in chutney for additional flavor in other days.
