Paneer kheer

This kheer can be made with khoya(mawa), and it tastes excellent. Khoya(mawa) gives rich, creamy taste to this kheer.  It feels more like rabdi. If you love rabdi, you should make this paneer kheer. This Paneer kheer recipe is prepared with much few efforts than that required for rabdi. You can serve paneer kheer, hot or chilled. Let’s see how to make paneer kheer.

Ingredients for Paneer kheer Recipe

  1. One tsp ghee,
  2. 50 gm khoya,
  3. Five cashews,
  4. Four almonds,
  5. 3 ½ cups milk full cream,
  6. ¼ cup sugar,
  7. ½ cup paneer  crumbled,
  8. ¼ tsp cardamom powder / elachi powder

Procedure for Paneer Kheer Recipe

  1. First heat a large kadhai.
  2. Then add ghee and roast cashew and almonds in it.
  3. Now add 3 cups milk in it and stir well.
  4. When the milk gets the boil, keep the flame on medium. Stir occasionally.
  5. Simmer till the milk thickens slightly.
  6. Further, add cup sugar and crumbled paneer. Mix well.
  7. Boil it till the paneer gets cooked well wholly.
  8. Take 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl and add khoya to it.
  9. Make paste.
  10. Add this paste to the kheer.
  11. Now add in cardamom powder and stir well.
  12. Paneer kheer is ready to taste. Garnished with few dry fruits.
  13. Serve paneer kheer hot or cold.

Note

  • Always use fresh milk while making this kheer recipe.
  • You can dry fruits of your choice.
  • Also add saffron for additional flavor.

Coconut chutney

Coconut chutney usually served with fasting dishes like sabudana-wada, kuttu ka dosa, fasting tikkis. You can make this chutney for all type of fasts. Peanuts used in chutney. Peanuts make this chutney thick and tasty.

Usually, meduwada is serving with sambhar and coconut chutney.  Let’s see how to make coconut chutney for fast.

Ingredients to make coconut chutney

  • Coconut ½ cup.
  • Peanuts ¼ cup.
  • coriander leaves 5-6.
  • Green chili 1.
  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • Water as needed to make grinding easy.

For tadka

  • Oil  2 tablespoon,
  • Cumin seeds  ¼ teaspoon,
  • Curry lives   3-4.

How to make coconut chutney

  1. Take all ingredients in a grinder and make a smooth paste by adding water as per required.
  2. Remove it to bowl.
  3. For tadka heat oil in small pan.
  4. Now add cumin seeds.
  5. Add curry leaves and saute.
  6. Next add this tadka to coconut chutney. Mix well.
  7. Now serve your meduwada with this coconut chutney.
Note
  1.  You can add meant leaves in chutney for additional flavor in other days.

Samak rice meduwada

Hello friends,
On the occasion of Ekadashi , one tasty and crispy fast recipes for you ‘Samak rice meduwada.’ Meduwada is a South Indian dish which I love to eat very much. Many people love meduwada. You can make meduwada in a different way using Samak rice for fasting.
It has similar taste and texture like rice. Samak rice is a suitable replacement for rice eaters. It is eat in every spiritual fast. Samak rice provides the nourishment and energy, contains 169 Calories per 174 g and high in digestible fiber. It is a source of minerals and vitamins, giving essential ingredients. We can make the number of healthy fasting recipes using Samak rice.
Samak rice meduwada is easy to make which can be prepared using some readily available ingredients. It tastes yummy when served hot with the coconut chutney. Enjoy meduwada for breakfast or as evening snacks. Hope you will love this new style of meduwada.
             

Ingredients:-

Samak rice - 200 gm,
Roasted Peanuts - 50 gm,
Medium size potatoes 4,
Green chilies - 7-8 small,
Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons,
Salt - as per required,
Oil - for frying meduwada.

Procedure:-

  1. Steam Samak rice(add little bit salt while cooking) and potatoes separately.
  2. Grind peanuts in a mixer (Don’t make fine powder).
  3. Now make the paste of cumin seeds and chilies.
  4. Take steam rice in one bowl.
  5. Add these smash potatoes to rice bowl and mix them.
  6. Now add peanut powder, cumin seed- chilies paste and salt one by one to that bowl.
  7. Mix properly.
  8. Next divide this mixture into small equal portions.
  9. Make small balls.
  10. Next shape these balls like meduwada.
  11. Heat the pan and add oil to it.
  12. Fry meduwada on medium flame.
  13. When they become golden brown on both sides pour it on a tissue.
  14. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:-


2 Bananas,

Milk :- 1 cup,

4 almonds,

4 cashew nuts,

fresh cream 1 tablespoon,

Cardamom powder 1 tsp,

Sugar 1 tablespoon.



Mehod:-

1] Peel the skin of banana.

2] Cut to pieces 

3] Add this pieces in mixer or blender.

4] Next add milk. Milk must be cold.

5] Add fresh cream, sugar,nuts and  cardamom powder one by one.

6] Blend it.

7] Serve cold.

 


Note:-

 If milk is not cold then you can add ice cubes. 



 

My episode of Aamhi sare khavayye

Hello friends,
               As I said earlier I have done noodles burger recipe for one TV show, so today I'm going to share that video for all of you. I have done shooting for Zee Marathi's "Aamhi sare khavayye". My episode was on 2nd may 2018 at 1.30 pm. It was great experience to shoot for Zee Marathi and  to share stage with host Sankarshan Karhade. Zee marathi is number one channel in Maharashtra state and this show is also very much popular. I hope you will like this videos.

Biscuit Pudding

 Hello friends,

          Today I'm going to post pudding recipe for you. Which I have tried yesterday. Very easy, decorative and time saving. Rock your summer with this pudding. try it.


Ingredients: 

For biscuit crumbs :-
     500 gm Parle- G Biscuits and 4-5 Bourbon biscuit(Powdered),
     ½ cup Butter.

 For Custard:-
      500 ml Milk ,
      2 tbsp Custard Powder.

For Chocolate Custard:-
      ¼ cup butter,
      ¼ cup Cream,
      250 gm Melted Chocolate.

Other Ingredients:
       Chocochips

Preparation: 

1. In a pan melt butter & add the parle g, bourbon crumbs.
2. Cook it in the pan for 5 mins.
3. In a separate pan, take milk bring to a bowl & add the custard powder.
4. For the chocolate, take melted chocolate add butter & cream & whisk till smooth.
5. Make two parts of custard in 2 bowls.
6. Add this chocolate mixture in one bowl.
7.Now start layering. take 2 glass.
8. First take the simple custard at bottom of the glass, then add the biscuit crumbs & then layer with chocolate custard. And last add biscuit crumbs layer again.
9.Cool it for an hour.
10.Top with ice cream or chocochips and serve.

Noodles burger

Hello dear friends,
  After long break I'm going to write one snack recipe. One of my favorite dish. Made from our all time favorite Maggie noodles. I have done this recipe for one TV show. I'll share that videos afterwards. Your kids gonna love this and moms your kids gonna love you more after tasting maggie in new way. So here comes my new tempting snack recipe.


Ingredients:-

2 packets Maggi Masala ,
2 eggs (beaten),
2 tsp salt ,
2 tsp black pepper,
3 potatoes (boiled and mashed),
1 tsp red chilli powder ,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ,
1 tsp garam masala,
1 tsp coriander powder,
1 tsp cumin powder,
3 lettuce leaves,
3 cheese slices,
1 tomato (sliced),
½ cup breadcrumbs ,
2 tbsp cornflour,
2 tbsp ketchup .

Preparation:-

1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the Maggi noodles without the Tastemaker.
2. Drain the water and let the noodles cool slightly.
3. Mix the beaten eggs, and half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper, cornflour(as per requirement) into the noodles.
4. Divide the noodles into six portions and place them into individual burger bun sized bowls.
5. Place a piece of plastic wrap on each layer and put the next bowl on top to help flatten the Maggi buns
6. Refrigerate for around 20 minutes till the buns are set.
7. Evenly mix the mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, Maggi Tastemaker, cornflour(as per requirement) together.
8. Divide the mixture into three portions and mould them into patties.
9. Coat the patties in the  breadcrumbs and refrigerate them for 20 minutes till they're slightly firm
10. Fry the Maggi buns in a little bit of oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, till crispy.
11. In the same pan, fry the potato patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
12. Assemble the burger by placing a Maggi bun on a plate and then layering it with lettuce, a potato patty, cheese slice and tomato slices in that order.
13. Top it off with your favourite sauce, place a Maggi Bun on top and serve hot, with  a dipping sauce.




Note:-

1] This will make 3-4 burgers.
2] You can use any type of noodles to make noodles bun instead of maggie noodles.
3] You can use sizzler masala or seasoning masala instead of maggie tastemaker.
4]  you can make tikki using chicken also.
