Palak Tikki

Rain is season of love…
 Rain is season of friendship.
And for foodie people rain is season of eating different type of snacks.
So today im going to share one snack recipe from my mom’s kitchen.

          
                                                   

Ingredients:-

15-20 leaves of spinach,
2-3 boiled potatoes,
1 finely chopped onion,
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste,
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Gram flour and corn flour (as per requirement),
Salt ,
Oil,
½ cup of packed chopped coriander.

Procedure:-

1] chop spinach leaves finely.
2]Smash boil potatoes.
2]Take potatoes in one bowl.
3]Then add spinach leaves ,onion, ginger-garlic, Red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to it and mix it well.

4] Now add gram flour and corn flour till the tikki set.
5]After making several tikkis shallow fry it in pan till both sides of tikki get golden brown.

6] Serve the tikkis with tomato ketch up.
